Brunching In Fort Wayne At Arbor

Last week, I shared my reviews of Ophelia’s All Day Cafe and Mercado Cali-Mex. This past weekend, my friend Brittany and I headed to downtown Fort Wayne to try out a relatively new place: Arbor. Arbor is located in the lobby of the new hotel downtown on Main Street, The Bradley, and is truly quite lovely.

Arbor’s menu describes their cuisine as “gourmet comfort food” that is the “culinary heartbeat” of The Bradley, and I would definitely agree with that description. The food was so good! And the coffee (sourced from the local Utopian Coffee) was delicious, too. Our server made the prettiest flower latte. Arbor is open from 7AM to 2PM, seven days a week!

Remember, this is the same hotel that houses Birdies (their rooftop restaurant), and there is no designated parking for patrons not staying at the hotel. We recommend finding street parking nearby, or parking in the pay-to-park lot that is adjacent to Nawa/Tolon/Columbia Street.

We arrived a little after 9:30 on a Saturday morning, and they were moderately busy. Folks trickled in and out during our visit, some dining, some simply getting coffee. We ordered the Cinnamon French Toast, Avocado Toast, a side of bacon, and the Housemade Biscuit + Jam. It was all so delicious, and so fresh.

They do serve Oat Milk, so if you’re a vanilla oat milk enthusiast like myself, you can order one!

If you go, let me know what you ordered and what you think! Happy brunching!
